Together with Master Distiller Christoph Keller we developed an innovative brandy snifter. As it has no stem, the hand holds on to the body and warms up the spirits to perfect temperature. By gently waving the snifter the distillate gets some air. The distinctively vaulted bottom extends the surface of the wetted walls of the glass, which supports the desired reaction with oxygen. The volatile flavors flow up through the smoothly curved chimney to be inhaled with relish before the first sip trickles down the hand-blown Musselin Glass.
